We ship nationwide mainly using CourierPost.
We use a non- signature required service as standard. If you require your package to be sent Signature Required, please note SIGNATURE REQUIRED in your delivery instructions in capital letters. Signature Required service will mean you need to be home to sign for your package and if you are not home, you will need to rearrange delivery with the relevant courier company.
We take all reasonable care when packaging your goods to ensure that they get to you in excellent condition, but we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are broken or lost in the transit process. We will do everything we can to ensure this does not happen and will follow up on lost or damaged items with the couriers.
We charge $7.5 for adult onesie and $6.5 for kids onesie, plus $1.00 per additional item.
Our courier collects at 2.00pm every weekday. If you place order before 12 pm on working day, we will dispatch the same day.
We will do our best to get your order to you within 1-2 working days, however delivery to some remote or rural areas may take a little longer to arrive. If you choose NZ post for rural delivery, we will take no responsibility for your item being lost or damaged in transit. All Delivery times that are listed on our website are estimated times. Due to events outside our control (such as weather and courier volume limits) we do not guarantee that you will receive the Onesie within the listed time frame
Once the goods have left NZ Onesies we are not responsible for delivery. If you haven’t received the order within 3 working days, please contact the courier company we advised.
If you live in rural areas (including RD, Waiheke Island, Great Barrier, Stewart Island etc.), please choose rural deliver option, otherwise the delivery will be delayed.
If you order on a Thursday or Friday and need Saturday delivery, please choose Saturday deliver option.
We will confirm your order with you via email and also to discuss your preferred method of shipping.
If you wish for us to have your tracking number, please leave a note when you place an order. Once you have accepted the freight cost, and payment has been received, your order will be dispatched and email confirmation sent to you.
All delivery costs are quoted in New Zealand Dollars.
You will be responsible for paying any tax or duties relevant to your country of residence.
