If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason we do accept returns, and will be happy to provide you with an exchange, store credit or a refund through your original payment method. If your item(s) are damaged or faulty please let us know, however we are not responsible for any damages caused by freight and shipping. We always take great care in packing your goods so that they reach you safely.
This policy lasts for 14 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return or exchange your item(s) must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging and tags.
We will not refund or exchange products that have been damaged due to improper use and care. Please follow the care instructions. Our onesies can be machine washed using cool water. We recommend using Gentle or Delicate wash cycle without the worry that your onesie will fade, stretch or shrink.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on health products, intimate or personal care products, or gift cards.
If you would like to return or exchange an item please contact us at , quote your order number and provide us with a brief explanation of the issue. We will provide you with a Returns and Exchanges form to complete and send with your item, and also give you our postal details for returning your goods. If you are requesting an exchange please also include a self-addressed pre-paid postage bag for us to return your new item(s) to you in. We are not responsible for any shipping costs.
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that it has arrived, and to let you know if your refund or exchange is approved. If approved then your refund will be processed, and unless you have chosen to receive a store credit, the amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. Shipping and handling fees are not-refundable.
Sales outside of New Zealand are not eligible for refunds. We will however issue a store credit note.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an expensive item you should consider using a trackable shipping service. If you are returning your item in order to exchange it, please don’t forget to include a self-addressed pre-paid postage bag for us to ship your new item(s) out to you.
